Humble Beginnings
Back in 2007, C Owens Group founder, Christopher Owens, decided to leave the corporate world and strike out on his own. He had served as an accountant and controller for a major private corporation in Central Florida for the better part of a decade.
With degrees in Communications, Accounting and Financial Management, coupled with more than three decades of real-world experience, Owens formed his company with the goal of helping people - specifically small business owners. Today, the C Owens Group works with small business owners to maximize profits, minimize taxes, and make these businesses more profitable while freeing the business owners to do what they do best - run their businesses without the worries and headaches of handling the company's finances also.
The C Owens Group specializes in assisting new businesses in determining the ideal setup for their business (i.e. S-Corp, Corp, LLC, etc.) and helping them set-up their business. We also offer budgeting and forecasting services, as well as full-charge accounting and bookkeeping services.
